As we enjoy the Summer months and embrace the warmer weather (at times), it's the perfect time to launch our new seasonal menu.
With a Summer vibe, the new menus have been created to showcase the amazing seasonal produce and fresh flavours available at this time of year.
New to The Ferryhill, we are introducing a lunch and dinner menu which will offer a selection of delicious starters, fresh salads, seasonal mains and our classic dishes suited to lunch and dinner times.
On the lunch menu, we have created some lighter main dishes such as Honey Chilli Chicken Skewers, Sweet Chilli King Prawn Stir Fry and Black Pepper & Parmesan Sole Goujons.
We also have a new selection of hot sandwiches from our classic CLT to a tasty BBQ Pulled Pork & Smoked Cheddar Brioche and Crispy Chicken Caesar Toasted Wrap alongside fluffy Baked Potatoes.
For dinner, you can enjoy exciting new menus such as BBQ Boneless Beef Short Rib, Chargrilled Lamb Cutlets and Gressingham Duck or you could try our new fish dishes with Prosciutto Wrapped Monkfish and Pan-fried Seabass on offer along with the classic fish & chips, steaks and burgers.
Of course our sweets have also been given a seasonal upgrade with a Mango & Passionfruit Cheesecake and Coconut Panna Cotta to enjoy.
The new menu will launch on Thursday 18th July so why not join us for a taste of Summer.

As part of the works, we installed a new access ramp at the entrance of the hotel, upgraded the terrace flooring and added a new seated area that has a retractable cover and heating.
The new sun terrace has increased seating and an enhanced access for disabled customers & those with prams with a new ramp so we can all enjoy a summer of alfresco dining at The Ferryhill House Hotel.
General Manager, Alice Matheson, said: "We are excited to upgrade our sun terrace and importantly, creating better access for all of our customers. As a family friendly hotel, we wish to welcome all and this renovations will allow us to do so whilst improving the overall look of the hotel and creating the perfect sun terrace for Summer."

Throughout July and August, we will welcome a variety of your favourites to the garden bar to showcase their products and share their story with you.
