As the cold weather returns and the nights draw in, it’s the perfect time to welcome a new menu at The Ferryhill
Launching this Thursday (21st Nov), our new menu is filled with comforting seasonal dishes that are sure to keep you warm throughout Winter.
Featuring delicious new starters including our chef’s Haggis, Neeps & Tatties which consists of haggis bon bons, fondant neeps, mash potatoes & whisky sauce alongside Seared Shetland Scallops and our classics such as Cullen Skink, Chicken Liver Pate, and smoked salmon roulade to highlight just a few.
Our mains have been refreshed with Winter warmers such as Herb Crusted Loin of Venison, Braised Shin of Beef, Cottage Pie and Chicken Milanese.
Of course, our famous fish & chips remain along with Whole Tail Scampi, Cranberry & Parsley Crusted Salmon and Spiced Breaded Sole Goujons.
For lunchtime, we have a new selection of toasted sandwiches including a festive turkey toasted wrap filled with Roast Turkey, Skirlie & Cranberry mayonnaise along with various filled brioches, paninis and baked potatoes.
To finish, we have a fantastic selection of sweet treats from Sticky Toffee Pudding, Christmas Pudding, Winter Berry Tart and Raspberry & White Chocolate Cheesecake.
